5 GUIDES HOW TO EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT.

Let’s be honest. How many times have we deprived ourselves of nibbling on a fresh-baked-Snack in fear of gaining weight? We’ve all been there if only there was some magical way of eating everything you want without putting any weight on, or ruining your exercise classes?
Let’s nip that bad relationship with food in the bud, shall we? Because eating intuitively will change your life! It’s a method of eating whatever you want, whilst paying attention to how you look after your body. It makes the dream of eating without gaining weight a reality. Here are a couple of points to keep in mind:

1. Know when you’re hungry!
2. Don’t overdo it
3. Change your emotions
4. Quit the diet
5. Be mindful
Don’t wait until you’re starving, and your stomach is growling louder than your morning alarm. Instead, eat when you’re actually just starting to get hungry, not when you think you’re supposed to eat. Put thought into what you choose to eat, but if you’re starving, don’t deprive yourself. You’ll train yourself to stop eating for the sake of it (hello snacking to fill the time!) and get your body into a good routine.
This one hits home for a lot of us. If food is delicious, we don’t want to stop eating! Not because we’re hungry, but because it’s just too good to stop eating it. If your brain is telling you that you are full, leave the spoon and save the remainder of the meal for a rainy day, or better yet, tomorrow’s leftovers.
This is a tricky one, but key if you want to eat whatever you want, and not gain weight. It is preferably better and advised to binge on ice cream when we’re heartbroken or upset, but this is something we have to say goodbye to in large quantities. Treats when we’re feeling down are fine in moderation, but try and find another, healthier alternative to deal with negativity as well. Maybe a form of exercise, reading, your favorite film? Just try and stay away from comfort food.
There’s nothing wrong with being on a diet, but by now, we’re all afraid of that word. If you wake up unhappy with what you’re eating, it’s time to ditch that diet for good!  All this will do is bring negativity into your life, and lead to you breaking your diet thereby turning your relationship with food into an unhealthy one and believe me that ain't cool.
Sure, sometimes we eat just to have something in our bellies to hold us through that difficult board meeting or to help get us by the lengthy office presentation. However, being honest and mindful of what you are eating is important in your daily diet. Don’t just eat the whole bowl of food stuffs because it’s there rather eat because you want to, and you’re enjoying your food.
